Our company was originally founded in Tokyo in 1981. We have subsequently opened offices in Osaka, and Shanghai, China. Over the years we have developed an outstanding reputation for quality and service in the Japanese market.

Our Founder and current Chairman, Charlotte Kennedy-Takahashi, was the first foreigner to own a company in Japan. She has worked through the years to build our executive search model and has been a leader in the market in bridging the cultural HR divide for foreign firms in Japan. During this time, we have also conducted searches throughout Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
