Ten Steps to Success

Our transparent process and partnership approach ensures that our clients and candidates are aware of every stage of the assignment. Throughout our process, the expectations of both clients and candidates are managed professionally through regular reporting and communication.

 
Step One
Through open and objective discussions, we assess the leadership needs of our Client's business, also gaining an understanding of their corporate culture and values.
 
Step Two
Prepare a customized proposal, which reflects the key parameters of the assignment, as well as an outline of the job specification and candidate profile, and present to the Client.
 
Step Three
After reaching agreement to proceed, prepare the assignment brief and agree to its contents with the Client.
 
Step Four
A target list of companies is developed in agreement with the Client. Consultant and research team develop a recruitment strategy.
 
Step Five
Identify and discretely approach suitable candidates to ascertain their level of interest. If suitable, their details are requested in exchange for the assignment brief.
 
Step Six
Preferred candidates are rigorously interviewed and evaluated against the assignment parameters and competencies outlined in the brief.
 
Step Seven
Short-listed candidates, together with their detailed assessment reports are presented to Client for further evaluation.
 
Step Eight
We facilitate the final stages of the recruitment process and assist with final negotiations. Unsuccessful candidates are released in a constructive and positive manner.
 
Step Nine
References are checked, if requested by Client, to reconfirm previous assessments.
 
Step Ten
Consultant follows up with Client and Candidate during the first six months to ensure a successful transition.
